Summary

Join Noyo, a rapidly-growing technology company in San Francisco, as an Account Manager. Manage strategic partnerships, drive account growth, and collaborate with the Customer Experience team to improve operational processes. Preference given to candidates located in the SF Bay Area.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technology or software
  • Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred
  • API/EDI experience a major bonus
  • Experience successfully managing and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent soft sales skills, with a passion for translating the complex into the simple
  • Ability to assemble a compelling story in a deck using Google Slides
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, organizational and collaborative skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic & positive attitude
  • Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, high-growth, and fast paced environment
  • Driven to win and to hit assigned quantitative goals
  • Comfort with standard Account Management technology and tooling, such as Salesforce, Google Suite, ChurnZero, Sigma, etc

Responsibilities

  • Managing the strategic partnership, retention, renewals and expansions of existing Noyo accounts
  • Crafting compelling expansion and ROI stories for customers
  • Acting as the customer’s key strategic partner, driving growth and expansion of their reliance on Noyo
  • Producing and presenting annual planning material and semi-annual meeting material
  • Maintaining records in Noyo’s CRM to track new business and renewal workflows
  • Assisting with customer appreciation efforts, forecasting and executing growth plans for your accounts
  • Leading contract renewal and expansion negotiations to achieve desired revenue outcomes
  • Planning and coordinating in-person customer meetings, bringing key members of the Noyo team with you
  • Attending industry conferences and tradeshows to maintain valuable industry knowledge and network with customers and prospects
