Summary

Join OpenTable, a Booking Holdings company, as an Account Manager responsible for driving customer retention and revenue growth within your assigned territory of restaurants. This remote position (transitioning to hybrid) requires strong customer relationship skills, a passion for hospitality and technology, and the ability to influence customer decisions using data. You will work closely with restaurant clients to increase product adoption, become a trusted advisor, and proactively identify opportunities for growth. Requirements

  • You naturally communicate well, and can establish trust with people genuinely and quickly

  • You are an empathetic, team-orientated sales person who loves to collaborate and grow through learning and feedback
  • You are proficient in use of Google Suite and Salesforce CRM

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to increase product and feature adoption, improve their online availability and ultimately grow their business through our partnership
  • Become a trusted adviser to our customers and influencing an ongoing retention of their business with us
  • Maintain an experienced level of understanding of all products and services that OpenTable offers
  • Proactively incorporate company strategies into your work and constantly be on the lookout for opportunities to increase your impact with customers
  • Share and implement standard methodologies with members of the sales and restaurant relations team
  • Be highly visible and frequently face-to-face with our customers in the field
  • Stay current with organisational changes, initiatives, and vision
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and key internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not essential
