Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful delivery of contracted services
  • Be the go-to expert for commissioners, driving satisfaction and effective communication while managing live contracts
  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with commissioners by understanding their needs and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
  • Track and optimise contract performance and KPIs, working with internal teams to exceed targets and swiftly address any challenges
  • Deliver top-notch data accuracy and valuable insights to commissioners, enhancing Oviva's reputation and impact
  • Lead the charge on contract renewals, aligning with Oviva’s strategy to secure and enhance key agreements
  • Boost our growth by partnering with the sales team to identify and seize opportunities for expanding services with existing commissioners
