Summary
Join PartnerStack as a strategic and customer-focused Account Manager to drive renewals and expansion within our existing customer base. You will manage the end-to-end renewal process, build strong customer relationships, leverage data and insights, and collaborate across teams. This role requires 3+ years of B2B Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment, a proven track record of managing renewals and driving account expansion, and strong analytical and consultative sales skills. Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing renewals and driving account expansion
- Ability to analyze customer data and identify growth opportunities
- A strong understanding and command of the consultative sales process
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to build processes and workflows
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a growth mindset
- Experience selling mid-market or enterprise SaaS
Responsibilities
- Manage Renewals & Expansion: Own the end-to-end renewal process, proactively engaging customers to ensure high retention rates while identifying and executing growth opportunities through upsells and cross-sells
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Craft and implement tailored account plans that maximize customer value and drive revenue expansion
- Leverage Data & Insights: Analyze customer usage data, feedback, and market trends to inform engagement strategies, optimize contract negotiations, and strengthen customer value
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Network Success, Product and Marketing teams to enhance the customer experience, and to drive adoption and growth
