Summary

Join Emerging Travel Group as an Account Manager Air Supply and play a pivotal role in managing and developing client relationships, consolidating market presence, and expanding air supply operations globally. This remote position, open to European residents, requires managing GDS/NDC sales channels, analyzing content distribution, optimizing search settings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will build partnerships with airlines and travel aggregators, enhance travel solutions, and improve internal processes. Global travel is required, focusing on Europe, the Middle East, CIS, and Russia. The role demands experience in the travel industry, strong networking skills, fluency in English and Russian, and expertise in GDS and OBT.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year as an Account Manager in the Travel industry related to air business
  • Networking: Strong connections with airline companies, consolidators, and travel aggregators
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in GDS (Global Distribution Systems), OBT (online booking tools) and OTA
  • Understanding of GDS/NDC architecture is required
  • Understanding of pricing and final price formation
  • Travel Requirement: Global travel required, with a strong focus on Europe, the Middle East, CIS, and Russia

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee GDS/NDC sales channels in a B2B environment
  • Analyze content distribution and performance across different sales channels
  • Monitor and optimize search and cache settings (L2B) for improved efficiency
  • Collect and verify data on special fares, interline agreements and codeshares, ensuring proper upload in OID/PCC and further B2B channels depends on market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, technical specialists) to address operational issues and enhance system performance
  • Develop and expand Emerging Travel Group’s air supply operations globally, ensuring growth and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with airlines, travel consolidators, and aggregators
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance travel solutions and optimize performance
  • Improve internal processes and drive operational excellence in air supply
  • Support KPI improvements and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings across different regions
