Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales and/or account management experience with a proven track record of achieving positive business outcomes for clients
- Solid understanding of Ad Operations, Google Ad Manager, and Google Analytics, with experience in CRM software (particularly Salesforce)
- Strong client orientation, innovative problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively within tight timelines
- Goal-oriented, organized, proactive team player who is self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner
Responsibilities
- Build trust with clients, understand their objectives and challenges, and expand relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Proactively manage campaigns to exceed client expectations, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and aligned with agreed goals
- Work across teams to achieve optimal campaign outcomes and address all client needs
- Create and analyze account performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client budgets and promote broader feature and product adoption
- Maintain regular communication with clients, manage campaign-related updates, and drive customer retention through exceptional service
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue goals
