Account Manager

Requirements

• Excellent Ukrainian & English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer success, ideally in tech service industry
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company
• Mature and responsible attitude
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration
• Work closely with annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects
• Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team
• Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization
• Gather feedback from the client and share it with the internal team to improve delivered labeling services
• Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns or issues etc
• Train annotation teams and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in IT outsourcing companies
• Experience in working with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects
• Desire to advance in AI & annotation services
• Good sense of humor
