Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, client relationship management or business development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, including growing revenue and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and drive results within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and data analytics, with a willingness to adopt new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client challenges
  • Analyze account data to uncover growth opportunities and optimize client success
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients to build trust and deepen partnerships
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction
