  • Continuous Improvement: Receptive to feedback with a desire for continual growth and improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with your accounts
  • Drive adoption of Teleport's solutions and create customer champions
  • Seek out new opportunities within existing accounts for upsell and expansion
  • Deliver on-time renewals
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to potential contraction or churn
