Summary
The Manager of Account Management at Limble is responsible for leading a team of quota-carrying Account Managers, driving revenue expansion through consistent value selling, and improving department processes, GTM strategies, and team trainings. The role requires 3+ years in an expansion sales leadership position with a proven history of leading and coaching teams that consistently achieve their targets, 3+ years in a quota carrying sales position with consistent achievement of targets, excellent communication skills, ability to maneuver ambiguity, and a customer-focused mindset. The role offers a salary range of $190,000-230,000 OTE, stock options, fully remote work, flexible PTO, paid parental leave, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, HSA with company contribution match, 401k with company contribution match, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an expansion sales leadership position with a proven history of leading and coaching teams that consistently achieve their targets
- 3+ years in a quota carrying sales position with consistent achievement of targets
- Ability to understand the big picture while maintaining a hands-on, frontline leadership approach with direct reports across all responsibilities
- Eager to provide coaching and support the creation of systems that simultaneously build incredible value for customers and grow our revenue
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maneuver ambiguity and changing processes, inherent with an exciting, hyper-growth organization
Responsibilities
- Actively coach, develop, and lead a team of ~6 account managers to consistently attain and exceed revenue targets with a value-selling lens, all while supporting their career growth
- Develop and report accurate revenue forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Hold weekly one on one meetings with direct reports and provide individualized coaching to motivate behavior and drive optimal performance
- Regularly collaborate with and provide feedback to the Director of Account Management to continuously improve department processes, GTM strategies, and team trainings
- Collaborate with other leaders and internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, etc.) by acting as the voice of the customer and the department in order to improve the value-realization of our customer base and team goals
