Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with multiple clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and on point
- Proactively communicate with clients about campaign progress, results, and growth opportunities
- Work with our internal team to coordinate resources, set priorities, and remove roadblocks
- Identify and present opportunities to expand client accounts and drive more value for them
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently—whether it’s a missed deadline, a shifting priority, or an unexpected challenge
- Keep everything organized and efficient, using project management tools to track progress and maintain accountability
