Summary
Join a fast-growing performance marketing agency and become their new Account Manager. You will be the main point of contact for 4โ6 clients, managing communications and strategic alignment. Responsibilities include leading project kickoffs, check-ins, and reporting calls; partnering with internal teams to execute campaigns; tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets; and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of agency or client-facing experience, is a strong communicator, comfortable working with various teams, detail-oriented, and familiar with performance marketing metrics and platforms. This full-time, long-term, work-from-home position offers a competitive salary and additional perks. The position is immediately available and requires an independent contractor agreement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an agency or client-facing role (marketing, advertising, or digital strategy)
- Strong communicator whoโs great at simplifying complex ideas and managing expectations
- Comfortable working with creatives, strategists, and media buyers to move projects forward
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and unafraid to speak up or ask tough questions
- Familiar with performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, LTV) and platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, and Shopify
- Able to prioritize, pivot, and deliver in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for 4โ6 clients, managing day-to-day communications and strategic alignment
- Lead project kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and reporting calls to ensure transparency and trust
- Partner with paid media, creative, and analytics teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
- Track deliverables, timelines, and budgetsโensuring projects stay on course
- Spot growth opportunities and recommend upsells or cross-functional initiatives
- Translate client feedback into clear, actionable next steps for internal teams
- Ensure reporting and performance reviews are insightful, actionable, and aligned with client goals
