Join Bustle Digital Group's growing Client Experience team as a full-time Associate Manager. This client-facing role focuses on post-sale production for media and custom content campaigns in the East Coast region. You will orchestrate internal resources to meet campaign expectations and contractual obligations, acting as a customer advocate and liaison between teams. The position requires East Coast hours, with a preference for the tri-state area, but remote work may be possible. Responsibilities include managing client service, program documentation, media ad units, creative implementation, custom content deliverables, content distribution, project management, and campaign performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Requirements
- BA or equivalent
- 2-5 years of Advertising or Publisher company experience
- Branded content (video, articles, social, influencer, events) and media execution experience are essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to multitask
Responsibilities
- With Account Management Team oversight, provide best-in-class client service for post-sale executions
- Work with the Account Management Team to create and maintain all program documentation during post-sale (including client kick-off call agendas, sold scope-of-work, and additional campaign trackers)
- Work alongside the AM team and third-party vendors to design rich media ad units and assemble relevant decks, such as screenshots, when a campaign goes live
- Collaborate with the Ad Ops team to monitor creative implementation, tag delivery, QA-ing of media, execution, and delivery, and ensure KPIs are achieved and optimized from a media standpoint
- Work closely with internal BDG Studio teams to execute a variety of custom content deliverables, including custom articles, social media posts, Instagram stories, influencer activations, and photo shoots
- Partner with the Distribution Marketing team to execute content distribution plans and manage performance via key social platforms
- Use project management software ( Monday.com ) to manage branded content projects & deliverables - ensuring all deliverables stay on schedule
- Partner with the Reporting & Insights Team to analyze campaign performance metrics, provide real-time optimization recommendations, and create end-of-campaign recap decks
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Keynote, Excel, Google, and Monday.com
Benefits
$65,000 - $70,000 a year
