Summary

Join Vanta's Sales team as a Manager of Account Management and lead a team of Account Managers during a period of rapid growth. You will ensure Vanta meets its GDR and NRR targets, shape the Account Management organization, and contribute to Vanta's success. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team, evolving sales strategies, growing the team through recruitment and training, creating sales training programs, fostering an inclusive organization, and collaborating cross-functionally. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience and 3+ years of sales or post-sales management experience. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years experience working in B2B Saas and 3+ years of sales or post-sales management/leadership experience at a Saas business
  • Have experience managing and scaling teams that sell multiple products into multiple personas
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced high-volume environment, and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact in a start-up environment
  • Possess the technical competency to understand Vantaโ€™s software, and the intellectual curiosity to want to learn about the world of governance, risk and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of high performing Account Managers providing them the tools, coaching, and support needed to deliver results for the business
  • Evolve Vantaโ€™s expansion and renewal sales playbook by developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies that will boost our GDR and NRR
  • Grow the Account Management team through active involvement in recruitment, on-boarding and training of new Account Managers
  • Create and establish sales training, conduct weekly forecasting meetings, and mentor your direct reports on strategies that will help them better retain and grow their customer accounts
  • Help to continually foster an inclusive Account Management organization, representing Vantaโ€™s culture and values
  • Ensure development plans are in place, adapted to each individual, and made useful in a way that ensures the ongoing development of talent within the organization
  • Collaborate cross functionally to drive better outcomes for Vantaโ€™s prospects and customersโ€™ that have headquarters within NAMER
  • Partner with sales and CS leadership on creating an agile organization that believes in using decision frameworks to inform strategic direction but also isnโ€™t afraid to launch, iterate, and redo in order to get the job done
