Join Vetcove's growing team and help transform how veterinarians acquire necessary supplies. You will be the primary contact for client communication, managing key accounts and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include crafting agendas, leading meetings, collaborating with internal teams, and managing projects. You will analyze account performance, create presentations, and work with product and engineering teams on client feedback. Requirements
- 3+ years in account management
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership contacts
- Excellent time and process management skills
- Experience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews
- Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing events
- A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight
- Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and stay on top of actions items for key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure youβre up to speed on the latest business initiatives for the Vetcove product and can communicate such initiatives to clients
- Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts
- Analyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities to key stakeholders
- Work with product and engineering on client feedback loop, bug identification and resolutions
- Work with onboarding and implementation to on-board new acquisition clinics
- Nurture Corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform
