Summary
Join Workleap, a company dedicated to simplifying work, as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for renewing and expanding contracts with existing customers by building strong relationships and offering solutions to their needs. This role involves managing accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and acting as a point of contact for commercial aspects of their partnership. You will also be responsible for identifying at-risk customers and providing support to retain them, optimizing processes, sharing best practices, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Workleap's solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and motivated team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or Account Management experience with ambitious monthly targets
- Experience in identifying opportunities for expansion and selling to customers
- Proven track record of identifying client pains and providing recommendations to overcome them
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Tech sales experience (SaaS & Inbound)
- Experience with Hubspot
Responsibilities
- Take part in overseeing the sales funnel by managing customers' accounts in the pipeline
- Identify expansion opportunities to grow the value of the accounts through cross-selling and expansion
- Nurture the customer relationship post onboarding to have a positive impact and increase the renewal rate
- Be a point of contact for our existing customers regarding all commercial aspects of their partnership, such as contracts and billing
- Respond to clients' requests in collaboration with the Customer Success team and resolve their issues and escalate them when necessary
- Identify customers at risk and provide the support necessary with our Customer Success team to retain and make them successful
- Optimize processes and guidelines to improve our clients' experience
- Share best practices with our customers while considering their unique business needs
- Maintain a good understanding of all our solutions along with their respective market
- Meticulously document customers' profiles, and information in the CRM
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication in both French & English (written and spoken)
