Summary

Join Zyte, a globally distributed team of over 250 people, and become our Account Manager. You will work closely with internal teams to execute account retention and growth strategies for strategic accounts. Customer satisfaction, business retention, and portfolio growth are key. You will manage 25-30 large enterprise accounts in the Americas, each generating $45k-$200k in annual revenue. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with experience in consultative selling within professional services and SaaS products. Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Account Management role
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales quotas in revenue retention and account expansion
  • Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure in meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Strong deal closing and negotiation skills in Large Enterprise and Mid-market accounts
  • High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in consultative selling within Professional Services and SaaS Products is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially savvy within a Tech Scaleup company, with a proven track-record of delivering/over-delivering against Sales quotas
  • Demonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for a defined portfolio of existing business accounts
  • Cultivate meaningful and long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manage a set of 25 - 30 Large Enterprise Accounts in the Americas market, individual account value between approximately $45 and $200k in annual revenues

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of data harvesting / web crawling a plus - but not necessary
