Summary
Join Huntress, a fully remote global cybersecurity company, as an Account Manager to drive annual recurring revenue growth. You will focus on cross-selling products, expanding usage, and retaining customers and partners. This high-impact role involves working with partners as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer and partner satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships. Success is measured by expansion and retention metrics and high activity levels. The position offers a competitive compensation package and numerous benefits.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities
- Achieve the assigned quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates in a velocity sales motion
- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer and partner satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
- Maintain and reinforce Huntressβ culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
- Execute a customer and partner engagement process to ensure excellent communication with our existing customers and partners
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry, is a plus
