Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (including phone calls)
- Proven track record in inbound or consultative sales
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using tools like CRMs, Google Docs, Airtable, Notion, and Slack
- Attention to detail and ability to polish client-facing documents
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound client leads via email, SMS, and phone in real-time
- Use internal AI-enabled tools to follow up with prospects and move them through the funnel
- Manage CRM entries and project tracker for accurate status updates
- Approve and send client invoices through the automated billing system
- Draft and revise Engagement Letters for larger or corporate deals
- Review client submissions to ensure data is complete and properly synced
- Assign projects to appropriate contractors with set fees and deadlines
- Approve contractor bids and follow up as needed to ensure on-time delivery
- Review and format appraisal reports for professionalism and clarity using Google Docs
- Light rewriting and formatting using templates or AI (e.g., ChatGPT) when needed
- Ensure payment is received before sending final reports to clients
- Handle general administrative tasks across marketing, operations, and finance
- Support process improvements and documentation for recurring workflows
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects and client onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in appraisal, real estate, legal, or B2B services
- Experience formatting reports or deliverables in Google Docs
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for text editing
- Startup experience or working with distributed teams
