Join Aprio's Growth team as a Regional Segment Growth Manager and help clients maximize their opportunities. Collaborate with the Regional Managing Partner to develop and execute a local/regional growth plan integrated with national segment plans. Become an expert in firm services and identify opportunities to provide new services to existing clients. Drive local execution of national segment growth strategies and assist with responding to sales inquiries, ensuring pipeline tracking in HubSpot. Lead event planning, including venue selection, invitation lists, and on-site logistics. Provide monthly sales reports to partners, organize pipeline meetings, and understand advanced pricing proposals. Work with a client-facing Segment Growth Leader to develop and execute a national growth plan, leveraging best practices and developing content and campaigns. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business administration or operations, or related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing in a professional services environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread, manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly independent manner
- Self-starter able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly independent manner
- Ability to support local events, including onsite support for events and shipping materials to events
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds and have reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and represent the growth perspective in conversations with partners
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regional Managing Partner to develop and execute a local/regional growth plan that is integrated with national segment growth plans
- Become an expert regarding all firm services and outcomes we deliver for clients
- Partner with team members in the region to identify and pursue opportunities to provide new services to existing clients, managing account planning process and training related to account planning and account management
- Drive local execution of national segment growth strategies, such as sponsorships, speaking engagements and sales campaigns
- Assist with timely response to inbound sales inquiries, ensuring pipeline is tracked and kept updated in HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Automation tool)
- Lead event planning for local events, selecting and securing venues; assist with developing invitation lists, handling on-site logistics as needed, leveraging Aprioβs Growth Production team for event materials such as emails, signage, registration sites, sales collateral, etc
- Become the regional expert for HubSpot, supporting the adoption of CRM
- Provide monthly reports to partners regarding sales pipeline, ensuring visibility into key metrics of the sales funnel
- Organize pipeline and account planning meetings to ensure focus on key metrics, including lead generation, opportunities, number of services proposed, and close rate
- Understand and provide guidance for developing advanced pricing proposals
- Work with a client-facing Segment Growth Leader to develop and execute a national growth plan for an industry segment to grow the business by 20% annually
- Leverage the experience and best practices culled from other Segment Growth Leaders across the firm to accelerate growth for the segment and the region
- Develop deep expertise in the segment and leverage internal agency to develop content and campaigns to support the go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with the segment leader to identify sales channel partners to drive profitable growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and/or other project management related tools (e.g. ClickUp, etc.), is a plus
