Summary
Join Pearl Talent as a fully remote Account Manager, focusing on high-value B2B clients in the branded merchandise industry. This role demands managing client accounts, processing orders, overseeing fulfillment, and resolving issues. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The position requires 2-4 years of experience in account or project management, at least 1 year in branded merchandise, and strong B2B client experience. Requirements
- 2β4 years experience in account, order, or project management
- At least 1 year of experience in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry
- B2B client experience and ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with order workflows, vendor/supplier coordination, and client-facing communication
- Tech-savvy; confident using Google Workspace, Slack, and project tracking tools
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Availability during U.S. time zones (EST or PST)
Responsibilities
- Manage 1β2 high-value B2B client accounts and act as their main point of contact
- Review, edit, and process high-volume orders placed through the platform
- Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows (PO to delivery)
- Proactively resolve issues related to delays, product defects, or artwork rejections
- Maintain communication with internal teams (support, sales, design) and external vendors
- Troubleshoot fulfillment challenges and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep records updated across systems, ensuring every order and communication is tracked
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Support new client onboarding, quoting, and custom project scoping when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in merchandise logistics, production, or supply chain
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
