Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search advertising, with a strong proficiency in paid search tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teammates
- Ability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks to drive performance and growth for an enterprise retail account
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated media plans that align with client objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with media strategies and outcomes
- Assist the team in creating performance reports, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth on the account
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with retail media networks and platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy, etc
