Summary

Join OranjeBor Energie BV as a Remote Accounts Receivable Rep and contribute to the efficient management of accounts receivable processes. This global, remote opportunity welcomes skilled and unskilled professionals, including stay-at-home parents and those with physical challenges. You will be responsible for invoice management, payment oversight, collections, account reconciliation, reporting, client communication, and process improvement. Requirements

• While prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. Training and support will be provided
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Ability to resolve billing issues and customer concerns efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote and multicultural environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and track accurate invoices for clients
• Monitor and manage incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and collaborate with clients to resolve payment delays
• Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Generate detailed financial reports, highlighting key metrics and trends
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and payments
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable processes and implement best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Basic proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus
