Join OranjeBor Energie BV's dynamic team as a Remote Accounts Receivable Rep! This global, remote position is open to all, regardless of prior experience. You will manage and optimize accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. Key responsibilities include invoice management, payment oversight, collections, account reconciliation, reporting, client communication, and process improvement. Requirements

• While prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. Training and support will be provided
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Ability to resolve billing issues and customer concerns efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote and multicultural environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and track accurate invoices for clients
• Monitor and manage incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and collaborate with clients to resolve payment delays
• Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Generate detailed financial reports, highlighting key metrics and trends
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and payments
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable processes and implement best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Basic proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus
