Summary

Requirements

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail-oriented)
  • Excellent relationship management skills and follow-up skills
  • Openness to feedback
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and excited about fast growth
  • Passionate about helping people
  • Ability to take initiative and make things happen
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and think strategically
  • Experience with task management tools, such as Asana

Responsibilities

  • Follow up timely on inbound leads and manage full-cycle sales
  • Maintain organized notes about all potential clients and calls
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Assist with demos for clients (including client market research)
  • Answer client lead questions
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Draft client proposals
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Assist with upselling SLX unlimited subscription plans to existing Salesforce and Pardot Users
  • Sell within US territory
