Requirements
- Be a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with 1-2 years of professional experience in sales operations, account management, or a similar sales support role
- Be a master at organizing even the most complex of projects and thrive when you have the opportunity to manage multiple projects at once
- Be analytical and love to leverage data in helping to shape your recommendations and approaches
- Have a solid grasp of foundational sales workflows, campaign management, and how to support client-facing teams
- Be comfortable working individually and on a team
- Be able to communicate effectively while building authentic relationships
- Be proactive in how you approach your work, problem-solving, and improving processes
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the account management and sales teams
- Maintain and update internal systems with accurate account information, contracts, and campaign details
- Manage account-related documentation, including contracts and billing information
- Assist in the creation and preparation of client-facing materials such as proposals, performance reports, and presentations
- Work cross-functionally with other Blockworks teams (Podcasts, Events, Research, etc.) to monitor campaign progress
- Compile performance data for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure campaign deliverables are met
- Play a key role in helping to identify new areas to streamline operations and introduce innovation to the sales team
- Support the implementation and improvement of internal tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience supporting sales or account management teams in media, advertising, crypto, or partnership-driven environments
- Have strong proficiency in tools like CRM software, spreadsheets, and project management platforms
- Have familiarity and demonstrated success with sponsorships, campaign execution, or working on digital & event-based projects
- Have contributed to process improvements, streamlined administrative workflows, or assisted in client communication
