Summary

Requirements

  • Be a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with 1-2 years of professional experience in sales operations, account management, or a similar sales support role
  • Be a master at organizing even the most complex of projects and thrive when you have the opportunity to manage multiple projects at once
  • Be analytical and love to leverage data in helping to shape your recommendations and approaches
  • Have a solid grasp of foundational sales workflows, campaign management, and how to support client-facing teams
  • Be comfortable working individually and on a team
  • Be able to communicate effectively while building authentic relationships
  • Be proactive in how you approach your work, problem-solving, and improving processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the account management and sales teams
  • Maintain and update internal systems with accurate account information, contracts, and campaign details
  • Manage account-related documentation, including contracts and billing information
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of client-facing materials such as proposals, performance reports, and presentations
  • Work cross-functionally with other Blockworks teams (Podcasts, Events, Research, etc.) to monitor campaign progress
  • Compile performance data for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are met
  • Play a key role in helping to identify new areas to streamline operations and introduce innovation to the sales team
  • Support the implementation and improvement of internal tools and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience supporting sales or account management teams in media, advertising, crypto, or partnership-driven environments
  • Have strong proficiency in tools like CRM software, spreadsheets, and project management platforms
  • Have familiarity and demonstrated success with sponsorships, campaign execution, or working on digital & event-based projects
  • Have contributed to process improvements, streamlined administrative workflows, or assisted in client communication
