Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in managing wholesale accounts on Amazon
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (preferably for wholesale businesses)
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and account navigation
  • Basic understanding of PPC campaign management and tools
  • Strong grasp of Amazon policies, compliance, and handling infringements
  • Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for growth
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Navigate and manage Amazon Seller Central for wholesale accounts
  • Monitor and maintain account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
  • Handle policy infringements and take corrective actions promptly
  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to adjust tactics accordingly
  • Stay updated on Amazon's policies and procedures, ensuring the account adheres to all guidelines
  • Manage and resolve account suspensions, listing issues, and policy violations efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns
  • Analyze ad performance and implement strategies to improve ROI
  • Generate regular reports on account performance, sales, and inventory
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to enhance account efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth account operations
  • Address client queries and provide updates on account progress

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or related fields
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon optimization tools
