Summary

The Account Specialist will serve as the project manager on client accounts, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in project management. The Account Specialist will be measured on client satisfaction, effective billing rates, timely strategy delivery, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management

Responsibilities

• Confirm project scopes, set timelines, and manage budgets to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, web/dev, paid media, PR, and integrations, to ensure seamless project flow and high-quality outputs
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and provide regular updates
