Requirements

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Amazon landscape, including marketplace tools, advertising strategies, and industry trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective fixes
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Amazon Seller account, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and growth
• Create, optimize, and manage SEO-friendly product listings, including A/B testing for images, content, and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, coordinate warehouses and FBA, and audit shipments for accuracy
• Conduct market research, adjust pricing strategies based on competitor analysis, and optimize promotions
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, resolve account health issues, and manage reimbursements when necessary
• Track key performance metrics, analyze trends using data tools, and refine strategies for continuous improvement
• Manage customer feedback, resolve disputes, and maintain high seller ratings
