Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing B2B client relationships in wholesale or retail distribution of physical products
  • Ability to follow up diligently to keep retailers engaged
  • Experience prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and industry platforms (Faire.com, trade directories)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach, relationship building, and follow-ups
  • Ability to craft engaging emails and follow-up sequences
  • Ability to keep CRM records updated with lead statuses, contact notes, and follow-ups
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitudeβ€”able to find creative solutions and adapt on the go
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and platforms

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new wholesale and retail leads (independent retailers, supermarkets, eco-stores)
  • Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn to generate interest
  • Follow up with leads and qualify potential wholesale buyers
  • Manage and nurture existing wholesale accounts to ensure repeat orders
  • Follow up with clients, provide after-sales support, and handle inquiries
  • Keep CRM updated with client interactions and sales activities
  • Prepare and send quotations and invoices
  • Organize and manage samples for potential customers
  • Update SOPs and streamline processes
  • Manage our B2B email newsletter to keep retailers engaged
  • Optimize our Faire.com wholesale marketplace presence
  • Respond to inbound retailer inquiries on Faire and other platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to cold call (not necessary but good to have)
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products
