Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional Accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
• Experience with financial systems 1C and Excel/Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication in Russian and English

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Process and review invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements, crypto wallets, and merchant accounts
• Monitor cash flows and assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor queries
• Work cross-functionally with operations, legal, and product teams to align on financial processes and reporting
