Summary

The job is for an Accountant at ConnectOS, a full-service law firm based in New York City. The role involves assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Finance team with various administrative tasks. Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience as Accountant
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Accounting Software such as QuickBooks, etc
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills with other HR departments such as Payroll etc
• Ability to support C-Level executives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries
• Support the Finance team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

CPA is a plus
