Join our team as an Accountant to manage financial operations, handling invoicing, payment tracking, and client communications while ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Expertise in Stripe is required

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage invoices in Stripe
• Follow up on unpaid invoices
• Update the client tracker based on monthly meetings with Account Managers (AMs)
• Maintain and update the billing tracker with invoice details and payment statuses
• Follow up on cancellations and collections

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
