Summary

Zelh is seeking an Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics and Accounts Receivable. The accountant will handle data entry, payroll, Quickbooks Online projects/budgets, expenses coordination, IT collaboration, stakeholder communication & management, and create SoPs. They must have Upper-Intermediate English, excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of working experience in Data Analytics and Accounts Receivable
• Quickbooks Online projects/budgets, expenses
• English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Responsible for data entry
• Payroll (30 Union, 25 Non-Union)
• Quickbooks Online projects/budgets, expenses
• Coordinate with the AR department for exceptions
• Collaborate with the IT department to get the files captured and any other requirements from formatting files
• Stakeholder Communication & Management in explaining what has been done and answering questions
• Create SoPs for the process created
