Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. A comparable combination of accounting knowledge and data analysis experience may be considered
- Must be able to work hours corresponding to Eastern time zone, starting at 7:30 AM
- Must be able to work beyond normal business hours and, occasionally, weekends and holidays to meet bank deadlines; this will often happen without advance notice. Regular and predictable attendance and schedule flexibility are essential for this position

- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sharepoint experience required
- Microsoft power query, Power BI, and Power Apps experience, with a beginner's level required
Responsibilities
- Facilitates quality control for payments processing to and from customers and vendors for daily processing
- Maintains very high measurements for quality assurance
- Exercises judgment and discretion about matters related to daily processing
- Creates and analyzes all necessary reconciliations and verifies accuracy and completeness of data
- Initiates new procedures including setup, training, and documentation
- Constantly monitors cash flow and processes EFT files, wires, and transfers for multiple bank accounts
- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows security policies
- Works with multiple non-finance teams to facilitate troubleshooting and research
- Assists with audit requests, including data compilation, and process explanation
- Be part of emergency response team, in the event of inclement weather or system failure, and may require travel
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience preferred
