Summary

Kingdom One is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate with a minimum of 1 year in the role and basic knowledge of GAAP. The candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining financial records, supporting budget preparation, and assisting with additional project work. The hourly wage range is $25-$30.

Requirements

Is an experienced accountant associate for a minimum of 1 year and basic knowledge of GAAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, review and maintain financial records, documents and data
• Ensure the integrity of financial information by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, bank deposits, credit card reconciliation, month-end close, year-end reporting and other accounting tasks for our customer ministries
• Support the budget preparation in collaboration with the Finance Director and Accounting Manager
• Reviews accounting systems and procedures
• Provide assistance to the Accounting team with additional project work (e.g. reports, bookkeeping, audits, etc.)
• Contribute to special projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Quickbooks online experience preferred
• Experience working in a variety of industries from church, non-profit, and marketplace
