Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Extensive experience of 5+ years of working with Netsuite as an administrator, with in-depth knowledge of its functionalities, modules, and configurations

Responsibilities

• Netsuite Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Netsuite, overseeing all aspects of the accounting system's configuration, customization, and maintenance
• Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of Netsuite and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
• Chart of Accounts Management: Design, maintain, and optimize the chart of accounts structure in Netsuite to align with the company's financial reporting needs and business objectives
• Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on effectively using Netsuite functionalities, workflows, and reporting capabilities. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user proficiency
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes and procedures to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements to optimize financial operations
• Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports and statements using Netsuite, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Prepare customized reports as per management's requirements
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to support business initiatives, address challenges, and drive strategic objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
