Requirements

• Have 4-6 years of accounting experience
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Analyze challenges, break them down into manageable components, and develop strategies to address them
• Convey ideas, strategies, and findings clearly and concisely to clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Guide and motivate team members, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment
• Build trust in client relationships through professionalism, confidence, and poise
• Be open to new ideas and approaches, and foster a culture of innovation
• Play a leadership role on client engagements, managing and mentoring junior team members
• Balance personal tasks with overseeing others' work, providing guidance, quality control, and ensuring team cohesion
• Balance achievable tasks within client engagement parameters while managing client expectations and additional requests through clear and proactive communication
• Demonstrate the impact of recommendations and solutions by effectively measuring outcomes and linking them to client success
• Transition between clients, quickly shifting focus, reviewing priorities, and adapting to shifting deadlines and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Have 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Have client service experience
• Have a mix of public and private accounting experience
