Accounting Manager

Summary

Join Turing's global Accounting Team as an Accounting Manager! This fully remote US-based role requires managing developer payout processes, reconciling accounts, streamlining operations, and ensuring SOX compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies, particularly South Asia and LATAM. The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of accounting experience, NetSuite expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a related fields
• Experience with accounting ERP systems - NetSuite (a must)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented environment with a high degree of flexibility

Responsibilities

• Manage and work closely with cross functional team members on the developer payout process
• Reconcile monthly developers payouts and ensure accruals are accurate and complete
• Actively work with cross functional team members to streamline and improve the process
• Reconcile developer details across key systems
• Implement process improvements to support SOX compliance
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits and ensure audit schedules and disclosure-related schedules are prepared in a timely manner
• Ad hoc project work as needed
