Summary

Join Allied Global Marketing's Brand Experience department for a Spring 2025 internship! This hybrid role (primarily remote, with occasional in-office and event support in NYC) offers hands-on experience in developing marketing creative and logistical skills. You'll collaborate with renowned brands, attend meetings, research market trends, and provide warehouse and event support. The internship is unpaid but provides college credit. Ideal candidates are current undergraduate or graduate students residing near NYC, passionate about brand experiences, and possess strong work ethics. The internship runs from January to May 2025, with a flexible schedule of 15-25 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Must be a current undergrad/grad student (Receiving academic credit is a must)
  • Reside in or near New York City
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong and collaborative work ethic
  • Passionate about creating immersive brand experiences from conception to completion
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for exploring various event roles (e.g. Brand Ambassador, Local Manager, Runner, Production Assistant, etc.)
  • This position requires the individual to be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally to help set up events and activations
  • Must be at least 18 years of age upon internship start date

Responsibilities

  • Attend client and internal meetings, including agenda development, note taking and preparation of any special materials
  • Collaborate with the Brand Experience team, specifically communicating with the accounts, creative, design and production teams
  • Research market-specific events and vendors, learn about the latest trends in experiences/events, digital extensions, emerging technologies, immersive experiences, and relevant brand touch points
  • Proofread documents
  • Provide warehouse support as needed. (e.g. Taking inventory and organizing event deliveries)
  • Assist account leads during live events as needed. (e.g. Brand Ambassador, Local Manager, Runner, Production Assistant, etc.)
