Summary

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will accurately process expense reports and invoices using Deltek Costpoint. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, performing 3-way matching and data entry, collaborating with analysts, maintaining organized digital files, providing reports, and supporting audits. This role requires 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, Deltek Costpoint and Expense Report experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. Requirements

  • Clearance Required: None. US citizenship required for work on DoD contracts
  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Deltek Costpoint experience (accounts payable/expense modules)
  • Deltek Expense Report experience
  • Strong intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong and effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a great team player

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Expense Report transactions follow governmental, regulatory, and legislative requirements and company policies
  • Perform accounts payable focused activities to include 3-way matching, coding, review, routing, and scanning, obtain approvals, as well as data entry into Costpoint
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and related contract personnel to ensure proper accounts and project designation
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and organized digital AP files and emails
  • Provide management with ad hoc reports as requested
  • Support year-end internal and external audits
  • Assists with other projects as assigned by the AP management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government contracts highly desired
  • Solid knowledge of the JTAR and GSA
