Join us at Gotion Inc's Illinois Manufacturing plant in Manteno, IL as a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist. We are seeking someone with experience in processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle ERP
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies
• Ensure timely payments to vendors
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports
• Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies
• Work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures
