Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience
• Experience with Cashflow 360 (bill.com) and/or Ramp.com
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though it doesn’t have to be in finance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data entry with precision
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Data entry to support team operations during our organizational transformation
• Managing accounts payable using software such as Cashflow 360 (bill.com) and/or Ramp.com
• Vendor setup and payments
• Procurement of one-off purchases as needed
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Ensuring bills and payroll are paid on time while adhering to internal procedures
• Processing due invoices for payments and comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
• Recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
