Summary

The Finance Co-op (AP) will support the finance team in executing their strategic plans, prepare reconciliations for the monthly GL close, and assist with the Accounts Payable Team. The role is part of a global company that develops digital investigative software and has offices around the world.

Requirements

• You are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics (specializing in Accounting is considered an asset but not required)
• You have an analytical mind, and enjoy finding solutions to complex problems
• You love numbers, analyzing large datasets, and building financial models
• You like working in a fast paced, collaborative environment with smart and interesting people

Responsibilities

• Support the finance team in the execution of their strategic plans
• Support the Controllership team by preparing reconciliations for the monthly GL close
• Support the Accounts Payable Team by reviewing and approving expenses as well as entering bank information for payments where applicable
• Support special projects where required

Preferred Qualifications

Specializing in Accounting is considered an asset but not required
