Summary

Join CAI, a 100% employee-owned company, as an Accounting Graduate and AP & AR Administrator supporting the APAC region. You will play a key role in the AP & AR process within the Shared Services Centre. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy, processing AP invoices, creating AR invoices, identifying and escalating issues, and participating in process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in a Shared Services Centre for a multinational client, a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Shared Services Centre (SCC) for a multi-national client
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and organised
  • Willing to work in a small team and work from home
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Review and process expense reports
  • Ensure expenses claims follow company policy
  • Ensure accuracy of transaction processing and adhere to specified timeline
  • Resolve expense report discrepancies with in country Finance team
  • Process AP invoices
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and all internal controls
  • Create accounts receivable invoices and supporting documentation
  • Identify and escalate any issues
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiative and projects
  • Work on ad hoc projects as required

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
