Accounts Receivable Specialist in Philippines

Summary

The job is a remote role in an IT company based in Australia, involving accounts receivable tasks, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and other administrative duties. The candidate should have Excel and Xero experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• Accounts receivable experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of business
• Proven capacity to work within a small team environment
• Skilled in use of Excel
• Xero experience

Responsibilities

• Syncing & Sending invoices
• Syncing & posting vendor bills
• Bank + Credit card reconciliation
• Creating payments for authorization
• Payroll & Super processing – Leave review + Payment authorization + Submission of payroll report to ATO
• Posting of Manual Journals
• Employee and customer on-boarding or off-boarding tasks
• Credit card manual payments processing
• Sending Statements, Clearing off CW Invoices (SR/Projects)

Preferred Qualifications

Highly desirable if worked for another MSP or has knowledge of the platform Connectwise Manage
