Requirements

• Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or similar study
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, reliability, and independent work
• Customer and stakeholder service orientation
• Fluency in English, in both verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Issuing our customer invoices both for the transactional service and the subscriptions
• Driving the dunning process by managing our debt-collection
• Staying in touch with our customers for any of their queries
• Being the first point of contact for our Sales Managers
• Allocating all incoming payments and booking our bank transactions
• Supporting our Customer Success Manager during the vendor onboarding process by providing them with tax documents and master data files
• Drive the continuous improvements of the accounting process with your ideas and improve our workflow
• Do everything to make our customers satisfied with our financial services
