Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field
  • 5-8 years of customer acquisition strategy or product growth management experience in financial services with a specific cards or payments focus
  • Understanding of multi-channel customer acquisition strategies across brick-and-mortar, online, and paid advertising channels
  • Prior experience working with marketing and communications teams, to develop and execute relevant messaging and content to drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to both assist with the creation and proof reading of client messaging
  • Experience with A/B and incrementality testing design, execution, and monitoring
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • In support of the product launch, drive acquisitions and early month on book engagement through customer focused and lifecycle targeted campaigns to meet defined product performance targets
  • Assist with developing and managing the execution of the customer acquisition and engagement strategy for the US Prepaid Wallet product across various channels, including retail, email, website, app, affiliate partnerships, sponsored placements, and social media
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to develop relevant materials for each channel focused on the awareness, acquisition, and early engagement stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Work with channel management teams to coordinate, schedule, and deploy acquisition campaign materials
  • Engage with other relevant internal and external stakeholders such as Product, Legal, Technology, advertising platforms to ensure strategies are implemented effectively
  • Design and manage performance monitoring and testing to understand effectiveness of acquisition strategies, utilizing a data driven approach to inform iterative enhancements
