Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Understanding of growth marketing principles and digital marketing strategies for paid media (Meta, Google Ads, Linkedin, TikTok, etc) and landing page optimization
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Assist the senior growth marketing manager in the execution of paid advertising campaigns, including but not limited to paid search, paid social media, and PPC
- Collect and distribute assets, drive creative input and reviews with internal teams, copywriters, design and performance agencies, and circulate deliverables for appropriate approvals to fuel our creative
- Assist in planning and monitoring marketing projects and campaigns
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates to key stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans and timelines
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Collect and review data regarding the various placements, distill insights about what’s working and what’s not, and create reports for internal stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing project files
