Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of quality experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google PLA and shopping campaigns
  • Proven track record of achieving KPI goals and driving revenue growth
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to make informed campaign decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and present insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee Google PLA campaigns that align with business goals. This includes budget management, bidding strategies and audience targeting
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analysis to improve click-through rates, and ROI
  • Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot product feeds in Google Merchant Center to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign strategies
  • Provide detailed and actionable insights into campaign performance through regular reports, identifying key trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to build a differentiated strategy for each customer segment targeting buyer metrics & LTV
  • Keep up with the latest developments and best practices in Google PLA, Google Ads, and eCommerce marketing to maintain a competitive edge

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, GoDataFeed)
